Establish communication with coaches, preferably by creating a group email with all grade level coaches so that everyone is getting the same information.

• Ensure you and the coaches are familiar with the Code of Conduct.
• Ensure you and the coaches know the rules for your grade assignment.
• Ensure the coaches are aware of their expectations as coaches.
• Answer emails/phone calls in a timely fashion.

Be familiar with how to update team web pages to enter scores.

1. Assist coaches as needed to get their team scores entered.

Assist with tryouts.

Can be commissioner of the same grade as the commissioner's child.
