League Standings and Tie-Breakers
The following regular season standings will not show tied teams in the proper order.
Tie breakers will include (in this order)
- Head to Head competition
- Best winning percentage (games won divided by games played, ties are NOT wins)
- Least runs allowed in games between the tied teams (only TIED teams)
- Least runs allowed in games between the all league teams
- If still tied, coin toss determines the winner
Official Standings
The umpire coordinator owns the official standings. Disputes between teams about the score should be brought to the attention of the umpire coordinator (umpires@rochesterbaseball.net) within 48 hours of the game.
As a coach, you are required to enter game scores after each game as it creates a league standings page based on this information. The data in these standings is only as good as the coaches make it but will be monitored by the umpire coordinator.
