Providing baseball fields for our program is a huge endeavor. RYBA, the City of Rochester and the 535 School District work diligently to develop and maintain baseball fields for our players to use.
Maintaining our fields with the budget shortfalls the government (Park and Rec) and public education (ISD 535) is facing will be a significant challenge. RYBA has taken several steps to help with this issue. We have assessed current field conditions and have gotten approval from the school district to do some work to improve the condition of the fields which need it most. This work will be funded by RYBA. We have also formed and trained a volunteer group of board members who will periodically groom fields before and during the baseball season.
If you have a question or concern about the baseball field your child is using, please contact us using the field contact list below. Do not contact the City or School District about field conditions.
