RYBA is the Rochester Youth Baseball Association of Rochester , Minnesota.

RYBA is a non-profit baseball program, servicing the Rochester area with a House League and Travel Programs for boys and girls from Kindergarten through 8th grade.  The coaches and board members consist of dedicated volunteers whose goal is to ensure the kids have fun and have an opportunity to learn the skills and aspects of the game.

RYBA’s purpose is to provide a program for baseball education, instruction and competition for the youth of the Rochester area, including, but not limited to team leagues, camps, special events (e.g. Honkers, Twins games) and player/coach educational clinics. We focus on providing qualified coaching at all levels. We promote team play, the spirit of sportsmanship, and fair play with active participation of all members. We provide an environment where each player, regardless of age, race, sex, religion, color, or ethnic background is treated fairly, with respect, and in a positive and supportive manner.

We offer the following leagues:

  • Recreational House League program for Kindergarten through 8th grade
  • Traveling program from ages 10&Under through age 16
    • age as of April 30 of the current season

Last year we had 1900 players on almost 190 teams playing over 1800 games and utilize over 60 playing fields around the city of Rochester and other towns.

RYBA is governed by a Board of Directors which follows our By-Laws.

RYBA also has a Compliance Committee which investigates and takes actions on any violations of rules or conduct using this process.
