Financial Assistance

RYBA has adopted a new process for families to request financial assistance this season.

1. Print and fill out the following Request Form, one form for each player requesting financial assistance.

2. Fill out a player registration form for each player.

3. Mail the forms along with supporting documentation for your request to RYBA, PO Box 6631, Rochester, MN 55903-6631.

4. RYBA will review your application, determine the amount of your financial assistance grant, and notify you of the grant amount.  The primary criterion used for grant decisions will be your eligibility/participation in the Free and Reduced Lunch program.

5. You pay the remaining amount (if any) of the registration fee and fundraiser.
